spk_1:   0:46
You mean like actually eating because that do chewing swallowing thing Just great. A lot of

spk_0:   0:53
that s'more off. Pretty sure it's more than that. You want to call you Ariel A R R E. What does everybody call you out on the in the gym?

spk_2:   1:32
Uh, most people call me Arial.

spk_0:   1:34
I don't have the guest pick a number between we're today share 1 12

spk_1:   1:39
but I guess it comes up with the questions and keep some nice and tidy. I'm not. You

spk_0:   1:47
wanted 12. Pick a number. All right, Number four. The question is, when does working out and eating right become easy or just a normal part of your life? Maybe for somebody starting out. You know, it's kind of hard at 1st 1 Is working out and eating right? Become easy for someone and becomes normal part of your life? How long does that take?

spk_2:   2:05
Yeah. Oh, gosh. I think that is so person to person, and the hardest thing is doing both at the same time, even though it's it's so imperative. It's about sustainability, right? If someone's doing making changes sustainably like, Oh, I work out zero and I eat like, horrible I'm going to do two days a week of work out and I'm just going to cut out fried food. So it's a process, and if it's a process and it's sustainable, it's not gonna be too as painful on. But it'll take time. I'm so it really depends on how you know the process of getting there. Someone is just announced to be like I'm going to just cold turkey, cut out all unhealthy and processed foods and start working out four days a week and they're able to sustain that then then that's great. And I think as people from what I've seen, like about 34 weeks of working out consistently and you can really feel stronger and that it's like a nice cycle, they're like, Wait, now I'm more confident. I feel stronger now I'm going to keep working out, and then it kind of becomes just a part of someone's. You will watch

spk_0:   3:16
the minimum someone should work out that as a business guy, there was the minimum doing with

spk_2:   3:20
I mean, I think, four days. And but that doesn't necessarily mean I'm hitting gym and weights four days. Maybe one of those days is yoga. You know, I think it's really, honestly, I think it important for people to move 656 days a week in some capacity, whether it's a walk for an hour outside or 30 minute yoga class. But like if you're into lifting weights, I think three days a week is is good and minimum

spk_0:   3:48
all right.

spk_1:   3:50
It's true what they say about the 30 day thing. Like, you know, I heard if you do something for 30 days after that, it is. It's a happy

spk_2:   4:00
Yeah, like a Yeah, that's a totally you know, scientifically backed phenomenon, psychological phenomenon, and I I think it is, you know, but it it is about consistency. So, someone for 30 days it's just gonna get easier, like Week two is going to be easier in week one. Well, sometimes it depends how you know again, it's all about sustainability. If you're cutting out way too much at once, it's just not gonna work.

spk_0:   4:24
All right. Uh oh, yeah. Pick another numb between one and 12 you've already put number four. So

spk_2:   4:30
I picked number eight.

spk_0:   4:32
All right. Number eight is what's the easiest and the hardest thing to do in the fitness training? Eating right. So, out of eating, right and fitness, what's the hardest and the easiest thing to do? You think,

spk_2:   4:42
Um oh, maybe I think the hardest is cutting out unhealthy processed foods because and And I love talking about food, so if you definitely don't have enough time for that but it there's an addictive component to a lot of unhealthy foods. So now you're not just dealing with the fact that I like how this tastes. You know, a lot of people are dealing with addictions to, like process, you know, refined sugars, food, breads, soda. You know it. So I think very, you know, it's it's hard. Even I like. I do no sugar, Um, even just like Berries. That's my sugar. And I have days I have a sweet tooth, but I know that for my body, it's not what it means right now. And so it's hard. There's days was like all I want What about four bucks? Don't

spk_0:   5:31
write. What do you

spk_1:   5:32
mean? You do that? You have

spk_0:   5:34
achieved a We can do a doughnut

spk_2:   5:38
e. I don't do cheat days. I don't believe in them cause I feel like it's a crutch then. But let's say I'm having a day. I'm having a day that, you know, I'm gonna go get pizza, but I'm gonna do it like the right. You know, I don't go too crazy ever. I feel like she days allow you to be, like, Go about. Yeah. What about like a cheap meat blender? I think Stevie is more as has organic and like, healthy when it comes to things that are not riel because cleaners you cannot Even Condi is a better choice because it's natural. Um, I'm all about just being as natural as possible. So, um, I already pasta, but like or what's? That was a good example. Like jam, even. Right. If you got a ton of like, pectin and like things, if you look up the ingredient of what they are you like, what is I'm eating God. You know,

spk_0:   6:38
your big that's organic food.

spk_1:   6:40
Yeah,

spk_2:   6:41
I want a package. Yeah, it's like if I don't know the words on the packaged food, I'd probably

spk_1:   6:48
want

spk_0:   6:48
so processed foods. And they like bologna and ham packed at a, you know, packed up that you thought of talents are part of meeting that. That Yes.

spk_1:   6:58
I mean, yeah, nobody ever goes Mom. Womb money. Probably sore bait. Yeah, I mean, exactly that. I've never heard a kid after that. Not even one.

spk_2:   7:11
Yeah. So they really shouldn't go

spk_1:   7:13
your dog. Yeah, but if it then doughnut, I'm with you. I want all of it.

spk_2:   7:19
Just don't think I hear,

spk_1:   7:21
okay? My problem. It is. You know, we're talking about a cheat day right today. I will take a cheat day, and I will cram like, a month worth months work like of, ah, craving and into a tree.

spk_2:   7:34
And exactly. And that's that's my problem with G dates because I have a lot of friends that do that as well. They like one day a week and like, but you ate like, 10,000 calories. That one, usually 8 to 0. R.

spk_1:   7:48
Yeah. Did you get on the credit on your like, Are you running on the political or whatever? And you look at the calorie counter seem like God that really even like half that doughnut of that. You

spk_2:   8:02
know, sometimes you got it's a It's a friend islands of ah, you know, healthy and sustainability and eventual health too. You know, sometimes we need ice cream. Sometimes I need ice cream between one.

spk_1:   8:17
12 would be

spk_0:   8:19
really go ahead between one and 12. I'll let you pick it

spk_2:   8:21
up. Let's dio 11.

spk_0:   8:24
All right, Number 11. What's your normal day today? Eating routine and fitness workout. So for you, what is the normal day of eating? Yeah, and working out for you?

spk_2:   8:34
Um, normal day. I enjoy working out earlier in the day. It doesn't always work like that, but I do tend toe workout before eating. So depending on like especially now, because I don't have heavyweights. If I was at a gym lifting really heavy, I would make sure to eat a couple hours before that, so my body had enough energy. But, you know, in a in a quarantine day of Oriel, don't work out or do yoga. Um, I eat around noon. I do know carbs until dinner time, because carps earlier in the day makes your blood sugar spike. And it's better just keep keep your blood sugar balance. So I'll eat something like, um, turkey bacon with a bunch of, like, sauteed vegetables and avocado and hot sauce. Something like that. Um, and then, you know, if I even I'm hungry. So that tends to be three meals and makes you snacks. Okay? Yeah. And then, you know, I work out when I can't My friend talk before class today, So I took it for, but I do like I just feel good getting my endorphins up earlier in the day.

spk_0:   9:37
All right, so and that sounds good, OK? And you don't eat carbs. Study. Even so, Okay. Makes you sugar Spike. I didn't know that. So

spk_2:   9:44
I mean, there's different. There's different thought, you know, worlds of thought, Janet. Eight people say, Oh, you know, eat cart before you work out, which is good, but I'm I mean, I agree with that, but right now I'm trying something different. Just, you know, it's an experiment. It's not like I'm doing anything too extreme. So

spk_0:   10:02
all right, so much. Pick another number or I'll ask another question. Chills Number two. How can you eat help to be stopped to eat somewhere like a fast food restaurant or guests? A. So you're on a trip. You had the Florida wherever in this camp. To be sure, it's just hard to not stop for most books. So what would you What would you usually walk in tow? One of those big old truck stops

spk_1:   10:24
way have. We have a lot of truckers. There are truckers who listen to this podcast. So what are they like?

spk_2:   10:34
I think what a lot of people would think that I'm going to say is grab like a green juice, one of those, like naked drinks or something. But I wouldn't say that because those air just you're losing the nutrients and getting all the sugar. But like, No, I know there's not right these bags of nuts straight straight away from anything that's just chatted to like I know there's a lot of chips with stray away from that. Like I know they sell bananas, right? Sometimes you

spk_1:   10:59
can find a banana

spk_2:   11:00
E live in, like Macron's macros or your macronutrients right, perching carbs and fat. It's so I would ideally get like a bag of almonds, which is your fat, a banana, which is actually a car, Um, and and go from there if you got, like, jerky. Yeah. What

spk_1:   11:19
about be turkey? I was gonna ask you about being

spk_2:   11:23
I do. I'll eat it. But you I'm very particular because I again I don't You sugar and a lot of sugar. So on. But, you know, if you're in a pinch and all you got is a truck stop food or a gas station and they have a slim Jim No, no, shame. You know, they're not the healthiest you got. It is again about balance, right? You don't want to not eat, But you have to pick the healthiest of what you have. And the number one thing that they stay away from any kind of convenience store. It's sugar. Yeah, Yeah, We'll take it back in the

spk_1:   11:56
drawer. What about drawing everything?

spk_0:   11:59
What about like what do you

spk_2:   12:02
really? It's It's hidden everywhere. So get water.

spk_1:   12:06
No water. Get

spk_2:   12:07
water as your as your liquid and the cleanest you can get with no sugar. So you know that you're limited to 20%. What

spk_0:   12:17
about diet? Release of those bad.

spk_2:   12:19
Yeah. Alright, Big. Bad Because they're not good right there, like what are they adding to? I think about you. You are. Will you be ready? And if you think about in terms of like when you swallow, it's like scientific way of eating right. It's not the pleasure way you're putting food in your esophagus and it's going through your body on your body's extracting nutrients from it. And I personally don't like to put anything in my body that it's not gonna get anything from and soda. I mean, it's just chemicals. It's like you're not getting anything good. So then why, you know, that's a nice thought process. Well, I

spk_0:   12:58
guess you don't have the sugar that Regular said of this. I guess you're there. Thing about Lisa's not as bad as it normally is. Have a drink a regular

spk_2:   13:05
exact. It's all it's all about levels, right? If you're someone that's drinkin like regular soda five days a week and you switched to diet, you're going to see a difference in your home. Absolutely. It's still better

spk_0:   13:17
if someone's going to drink some besides water because you want Ah, do you recommend a T What do you

spk_2:   13:22
Yeah, he's, you know, a lot of them are just like filter sugar. But I like, you know, I drink e I also drink coffee. A normal person stevia.

spk_1:   13:33
Hey, look, I don't hear what I'm not ever given up. I mean, I would just be the one guy out there. Yeah. Yeah, that's it. You know, coffee, decaf. Ever. Yeah, we try.

spk_2:   13:48
Organic is better but

spk_0:   13:51
organic. Ron, if we learned anything or again and we're gonna get everything,

spk_2:   13:55
it's just, you know, it's all that. It all comes back to being as natural as possible. Good on dso that any time when this chemicals out, it's just a little less good for you.

spk_0:   14:05
All right, let's go and pick another number one through 12.

spk_2:   14:08
Um, let's dio seven

spk_0:   14:11
number seven. What's your career plans in the future? Are you doing what you plan on doing for a while? Is this it? Are you got other plans?

spk_2:   14:19
Yeah, I have other plans. I feel like this is you know, personal training is a stepping stone. I'm actually currently studying for my certification to become a holistic nutritionist because ideally, I want to be someone that people can come to for everything. And I have a lot of knowledge about food and diet. But, you know, certification makes you more credible. So and I've been learning a lot. It's been really great program saying, Oh, and down the line, Yeah, I would love to be able to have, you know, healthy living with Ari be a company where people can come to you for all of their health needs. And I ideally want to help people get off medicines because I think a lot of inflammatory conditions can be lessened with diet and exercise.

spk_1:   15:06
Wow, So you always It's always been who you are. Or was there a turning point? Like what bits in the or

spk_2:   15:16
or will I mean, I grew up eating very clean. My parents are very healthy. Our applications are always like hiking in Alaska or Canada, and so that was my lifestyle. But I actually, um, I have a chronic cough that people have been trying to figure out for years, and it's gone much better as I've gone off inflammatory foods. And so my whole journey with I used to be really, really sick from, I'd say 17 to 21. I was getting chronic Sinus infections, fevers and, um as I cut out foods like gluten and sugar. Basically inflammatory foods. I stopped getting sick. And I know I always liked biology. I want to delay for psycho biology. But my personal health experience really inspired me because I was like, Look, people were trying to diagnose. He knew with all the things and all I had to do was go off. Not all I to do. It wasn't easy, but I did not taking medicine inside of removed, eliminate certain foods and now not getting sick. And now I don't need antibiotics. And it's so I've just become that kind of slow bird. My interest. And I look into herb like, I was really sick in January, and I probably she could have gone antibiotics and that I was a part of being a hippie, making all these herbal tonics, and, you know, I don't need any. I did use nyquil, you know, uh, a little night, but

spk_1:   16:45
well, hippies do nyquil to know that they usually do the whole bottle.

spk_2:   16:54
I got the rest of the model for for

spk_1:   16:56
emergency. Really? Just one guy in the whole thing. What

spk_2:   17:01
a man.

spk_0:   17:02
Going let you pick another number or another one?

spk_2:   17:05
Um, let's see. Number three,

spk_0:   17:07
number three. What? Can someone do that to real big? That's really heavy set that's got you know, I'm sure that several women to him. So if they listen to this and go, you know, it's probably it's probably hard when you got a lot of weight on ah and needs to get burned out. So what would you tell someone that maybe is a pretty good size that maybe wants to try toe better? You know, how hard is that?

spk_2:   17:28
Yeah, it's again about sustainability. So if someone I've seen a lot of burnout for people that are overweight that try to do too much at once and especially if you have a lot of extra weight on you like no high impact because that's what a lot of weight on your bones and joints. So starting off small with walking walking is so good for fat loss. Um, you know, people don't think of that that walking is for a long period of time, especially if you have an incline like work your way up from 20 minutes to 30 minutes to an hour to maybe a slight jog and going from there and then in terms of nutrition, like my, the first thing I say is cut out sugar and processed foods. That doesn't mean like you can't have that once in a while. Maybe it's only on the weekends, but coming out process Food does wonders. You don't even realize how much you're eating that is process. Like average people eat like things. 75% of their diet is processed it, I'm pretty sure, for me at least, it's like 5% like turkey bacon like it's processed. But it's harder for us. It's hard for some people because that means you're having to cook or, you know, when you're going out, you're eating the chicken and the green beans and potatoes rather than the pizza,

spk_1:   18:52
right? Right. I think it's time to sometimes it's just how much time, you know, like, uh, it just it takes a while, you know, like go down the aisle and read everything. And I have done

spk_2:   19:07
this in you. It's so interesting and I think, ah, hard thing for me and this is into sound like, um, condescending. It's hard for me to to get in that kind of mindset because the way I grew up. Um, and so acknowledging how important it to take small steps because for some people, this is such, like, so out of their comfort zone and such a totally different lifestyle of, like, having to read ingredients on Oh,

spk_1:   19:37
yeah. I mean, we live in the South. I mean, it really grew up. I mean, my grandmother I think she had go, like, in her blood. I mean, Oh, yeah, Rai, every of being. I mean, my God, it was like, whatever it was that the secret was basically that there was one cookbook, one Southern cookbook, And it is Hi. It until you're sure that you can try it anymore. Roll it. And something really bad for you first.

spk_2:   20:12
It is amazing,

spk_1:   20:17
you know? God. Yeah. I mean, but I grew up. I grew up eating that I mean, you know, get my grandma. You know, I mean I mean and so yeah, for me. I wish underground I taken hides Alaska. I mean, you know, I just you know, I will get to work on a farm. That was, but I mean, you know, So you didn't know where your food came from That was the only thing like people that are on farms and stuff. No, like, Hey, that's Yeah, that's where your food comes from. Their way had shed cowls and all that stuff, and that was good, but it didn't help when it came here.

spk_2:   20:55
Way everyone chickens and let me justify it.

spk_1:   20:59
Yeah, Yeah, like other. They're all hard. Yeah, there, there, of course. Organic and farm raised. What we gonna do with them? Well, I'm here. We roll them in some really thick batter and then dip. Lament some Crisco for about a lot of them, you know, five minutes. Yeah, to be good,

spk_2:   21:16
But there is something to say for you knowing where your ingredients came from. Like that's That's also big. So you know.

spk_0:   21:28
Alright, alright, I'll let you pick another number.

spk_2:   21:31
Um, five

spk_0:   21:34
number five. Um, pretty easy. What do you teach in an online session? So hopefully today, people get your information, and any time you hear the show, that can contact you. So if they did, what do they get?

spk_2:   21:46
Yeah, well, and I usually do our sessions, and that includes logistically at the warm up into some circuits. But it's really a client to client. I have some clients that have, um, frozen shoulder, for example. So we might spend 20 minutes doing shoulder mobility exercises or someone who's lower back hurts, which usually implies, um, tight glutes or a week or so a lot of it's targeted. Um, generically, it's a warmup. Circuits get your heart pumping, blood flowing and then stretching at the end. But the nuances within that are so person to person, based on if they've had injuries or what their goals are. And I try and I make sure to take Laurette because obviously, if someone wants someone to keep working with me, they want to see results in whatever their goals are. So

spk_1:   22:41
do you do this with, like, uh, Zoom or with, uh,

spk_2:   22:46
yeah, I do. I do owe, you know, before, I didn't know about Zoom, to be honest until corn she's heard it. So if I did out of yeah, it has been around a lot of things. Jack blocks TV to I don't know if you play it. I guess it's been around forever. Just found out about obsessed Sunday. I

spk_1:   23:04
just finished all of Netflix so way completely done. Yeah, I just watched the very last thing.

spk_2:   23:13
Uh, it was a smart

spk_1:   23:16
screen show, but, you know, our kids

spk_0:   23:19
are your body. Where does somebody good? They want to book you to go to your instrument.

spk_2:   23:24
I would say DME an instagram. I think that's the easiest way to do it. So that's at healthy living with Ari and yeah, yeah, anybody contact

spk_0:   23:39
those twos and then we'll get him in contact with if that helps as well. All right, we're going to pick

spk_2:   23:44
another, get him all.

spk_0:   23:45
And you're doing great. All

spk_2:   23:48
right. Okay. 10

spk_0:   23:50
Sonia. Who is your mentor? Someone you followed or looked up. Sue says you've got you where you are today or you feel I did inspire Jim.

spk_2:   24:00
Gosh,

spk_1:   24:03
you can't say the running credit show Just saying

spk_2:   24:08
the words right out of my mouth. I people that my sucking option, You know, that's hard to say because she like where I'm out of the culmination of of observing it and learning from so many people. But the first, the main unfortunate comes in my mind is honestly my dad, He's ah, marriage and sex therapist, Actually, as he is so entrepreneurial and so good at what he does. He's really, you know, watching his business grow for as long as I've been around. Um really shows me what it means to be passionate about what you're doing and being smart and dedicated and, um, you know, relating that to clients being like I'm being confident, like I'm good at what I do. I care about what I do. And I care about you and really learning that I can do it too. You know, I can be I'm not picking a field that's necessarily black and white and go to med school. And I feel like, you know, that's more There's more of a defined past, and I think there's a little bit of fear in, like, the uncertainty. And but seeing my dad just excellent, what he does is really, you know, inspires me.

spk_1:   25:20
Uh, wow. Okay. Good. Do me a favour as a dad as a dad. Okay? Myself. Look, do me a favor. Make sure you get your dad to listen to this. Let me just tell you he that I mean, that is the best thing. That guy Yeah, probably will. You should

spk_0:   25:43
way Don't want to cry too long. We're going? Let's pick another number. Seven Hills refocus and think

spk_2:   25:50
about. Okay, Number nine

spk_0:   25:53
was Warner. If you were keeping up, that's it. I'm gonna see if you can.

spk_1:   25:56
You're doing good. Most people never can keep up like crack always keeps up.

spk_0:   26:02
All right.

spk_1:   26:03
I think

spk_0:   26:03
this is a

spk_1:   26:04
help with it from Sesame Street.

spk_0:   26:05
This this is a fun question. You live in Beverly Hills? Have you ever seen any movie stars?

spk_2:   26:13
Oh, my goodness. Of course, not even living in Beverly Hills. I was, ah, waitress at taffy gratitude, which is There's a ton of parodies about it. I love the restaurant. I loved working there, and I'm not just saying this because I'm on there, but it's a vegan restaurant that's very popular in L. A. And being a server. There's where I really got to know. You know, my my top two stories are when I talked to usher about meditating, you would never know who I am, but we had a whole conversation about meditating, and Damon Wayans would come in and he would always sit with me. And embarrassingly enough, it took me a few times at home sitting with me for me. toe. Realize who he wasin really got to know him. Um, so yeah, plenty

spk_0:   27:01
on Euro Israel. You're a waitress at that time?

spk_2:   27:04
Yes. Yes. And

spk_0:   27:05
you were waiting on their table. And that's when they would talk to your just no matter where you is that they would find you talk.

spk_2:   27:10
They were They were always at my table. 00 but you really do see people all the time. But mostly not in Beverly Hills and per se. It's a lot of the Hollywood, all the restaurants, you see. I know I've become numb to it now.

spk_0:   27:26
Yeah, I know what your man. So those are the night that you came in close contact and actually talk to. Are those two right there? That's pretty cool. Um um And now she's met Ron across. She could get Yeah, running, Correct. Also.

spk_1:   27:41
Yeah, right. Yeah.

spk_2:   27:43
Oh, no, Really. Mama have

spk_1:   27:48
dropped. Oh, yeah, that's right.

spk_2:   27:53
E o. You think my career goal like I have none now? No,

spk_1:   27:59
they're done. They're just bad. That was, uh, Thea Bucket less. Check writing, Jack.

spk_2:   28:09
Okay. All

spk_0:   28:10
right. So there's two more questions. I'll see if you can, um, not stumble across the number you already did. So you got two more. So go ahead.

spk_2:   28:17
Like like a brain quest. 12.

spk_0:   28:19
12. Right. Um,

spk_1:   28:22
well, you do a good working

spk_0:   28:25
someone go. That has no fo any of this, like all the organic foods not eating processed food. So I guess info on healthy living, but they don't know where to go. So, like, resource is magazine websites. Did I

spk_2:   28:37
just said, I

spk_0:   28:38
just contact you not worry about all

spk_2:   28:39
that you can contact me, and

spk_1:   28:42
yeah, exactly.

spk_0:   28:45
If you don't

spk_2:   28:45
know, I would say yes because I could say go to Google. But that is very overwhelming. And there's a lot of different thoughts, you know,

spk_0:   28:59
you could start slow. Great.

spk_1:   29:01
Yeah, of course. Greg, you think Hello?

spk_0:   29:06
They're not gonna not gonna contact this and ask us all over. Says

spk_2:   29:09
we owe her t o know that they are. Trust me,

spk_1:   29:16
nobody would ever contact me about like, uh, yeah. No,

spk_2:   29:20
they might want to know how to make some fried chicken, though.

spk_1:   29:23
Yeah, Yeah, I can tell you that.

spk_0:   29:26
Among other things, in many ways, you

spk_1:   29:29
guys actually thought your big bag.

spk_0:   29:31
All right, go ahead. Are you get two more. I thought should I thought you had to projects that 300

spk_2:   29:37
number three.

spk_0:   29:38
Well done, Theresa.

spk_2:   29:42
Get number five.

spk_0:   29:43
Okay, You got one and six. That's what's left.

spk_2:   29:46
Thank you. Okay. You're doing so good. Uh, almost.

spk_0:   29:53
So we'll go get six.

spk_2:   29:56
Yeah. Going six.

spk_0:   29:57
Um, so you live in Beverly Hills? But originally, where you from?

spk_2:   30:02
I'm from I was waiting for a second. Part of the question. I'm from Huntington Beach. So not too far away group and technically from Fountain Valley. But not many people have heard of it. So around around to the next city, he's going to be.

spk_0:   30:16
Well, they There was a second part of the question, but I think it was gonna be When did you start dancing? But we already kind of talked about the dance, but I guess Did you do that? Sure. Too young age. You've always

spk_2:   30:26
Yeah, you know, So I can't. But my parents are academic. Um, and they put me in ballet as a three year old. A lot of people do it there, their young daughters, but they didn't know that I would continue to do it for the rest of my legs.

spk_0:   30:41
And you still do that as far as exercise now are from I need

spk_2:   30:43
you had

spk_0:   30:44
videos. You did music videos.

spk_2:   30:47
Yeah, I didn't really videos. I did. And I've actually been to China three different times. Various jobs for tour, one straight years, each show some of the

spk_0:   30:55
time. What about if you don't taught us for about me in the back of thing? That's or anything, I guess.

spk_2:   31:02
Yeah, I've done, like one. I never toward with an artist that I've got, like, one off each other. Go to China first, back against the resting here about the whole other story where ended it fully apart. But I stayed in freelanced for four months, which was a really wonderful white old experience.

spk_1:   31:23
Whoa! Oh! Whoa!

spk_2:   31:26
Yes. Who? You have a life changing life.

spk_0:   31:31
The last question. But we can still doing a review were done. What can people do? A home who may not be able to get out as much as far as fitting especially, You know, I don't know when they were gonna hear this that they're gonna hear it a year from now. Six months soon as we posted. You know, we're going to cover 19 right now. So but at home, what? Some of the normal things people could dio. Maybe they don't have none of the equipment yet. There lives starting out.

spk_2:   31:52
Yeah, well, they can contact me, and then I can help looking. But that's a very good, very good, Really. There's like if you got cans and you've got a gal in the water and the chair like you hot of at least 10 and 20 workouts and you know it's about how much you want to put in. But all right, there's a lot of like I take. Um, I'll put my friend Nicky Nuremberg. She is the most wonderful yoga instructor on Die. Take her every week, and that's something you can do in a pretty small space. And it's all online donation based, you know, at least right now in this time, Um, so there are things. It's much harder, and it's it's hard to be motivated, and it's in small space says. But if you check especially right now online. There's a lot of different avenues of staying moving in small spaces, especially with slower things like yoga and Pilates, where you can be more controlled over your mention Spatial awareness

spk_1:   32:58
are done. Yoga? Well, I've done yoga.

spk_2:   33:01
Yes,

spk_0:   33:02
really wrong.

spk_1:   33:03
That was yoga as they had done. Yeah, I done yoga. Yoga was. And when I first started, it was like, not in my comfort zone. Okay, let's put it that way. Because, like, uh, I mean, first of all, I'm a guy that I'm even though I like, I reckon, said I wrestled in college and stuff, so I was pretty limber a young, younger age. But, I mean, I'm just have been that limber, you know, never been that limp. And, uh oh, my God. I mean, I just I've never wanted to hear nomis stay so bad

spk_2:   33:37
in my life.

spk_1:   33:40
I was just like, please, just say nomis day and do that and things so we can leave. God, it hurts. It's like, Yeah, and, uh, but I really found it rewarding. I did. I did it

spk_2:   33:52
so good. I mean, it's just another way I like movies like our bodies were meant to do. Um and so it's another way of moving, and it is hard for a lot of people that have limited flexibility and mobility. Um, but it's packets and It's good and small. Space of good for you.

spk_1:   34:09
Hey. Hey. So

spk_0:   34:11
this has been a fun show, and I'm trying to think of what we're gonna call it. I'm thinking the waitress that talk to Usher may just be that may be looking just

spk_2:   34:19
like that

spk_0:   34:20
on that

spk_1:   34:21
in a year.

spk_0:   34:23
And I'm gonna try toe implement a little bit of some of that because that's a circle that may be true here, this

spk_1:   34:29
job I

spk_0:   34:29
remember. And then Damon away. Wait, what's he doing? A living color back in that time when you knew him or he had moved on to movies by then Or not Sure.

spk_2:   34:38
Oh, if this is recent, okay. Yeah, pretty. It is, like within the last three years.

spk_1:   34:43
Oh, here, your energy level. I want I'm sorry. I just want to say that, OK, who wore? We're done. I just want to say I think people should contact you because you, uh you have a really great energy level, and you can tell that you're doing something you want to do. And you really like what you're doing. I mean, because we talk to people. I mean, honestly, sometimes, yeah, I was like, Well, yeah. And you're like, Man, are you enjoying this? You know, you could really tell the people that are so that you should People people should definitely contact you. Give out all that inflow, Plug away.

spk_0:   35:24

spk_2:   35:30

spk_0:   35:35

spk_2:   35:47
And foodstuff Teoh

spk_0:   35:51
pictures on there. So, uh, that was very good that you did that. So

spk_1:   35:56
you were not here. I need to commit to cut my hair.

spk_2:   35:59

spk_0:   36:00
